**Compulsory Menus for CNY from 28th Jan to 9th Feb 2020*

1. All prices quoted subject to 7% GST.
2. Full payment to be made upon delivery. Cheque payment preferred.
3. Please make cheque payable to: Chilli Api Catering Pte Ltd.
4. Maximum of 3 hours per function.
5. Package include: Full table Set Up, food warmers w disposable buffet cover, full set of disposable wares, serviettes & garbage bags. Disposable wares are provided with 30% extra.
* NO takeaway packaging materials will be provided (SFA guideline).

6. Delivery charges for 11th Jan – 9th Feb 2020:
• S$58.85 (S$55.00 before GST) for delivery to Postal Code starting from 09-16, 18-21, 28-57, 76-82.
• S$64.20 (S$60.00 before GST) for delivery to Postal Code starting from 01-08, 17, 22-27, 58-62, 64-68, 72-75.
• S$69.55 (S$65.00 before GST) for delivery to Postal Code starting from 63 & 69-71.
**Additional surcharge of S$20/Level is applicable for delivery venues without lift landing**

7. Food delivery is 1 hour before the consuming time. However it may vary by 30 - 45 minutes before & after the expected delivery time due to traffic conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Extra charges will be applicable for buffet setup at venue in remote area or without lift access. We will not be responsible for any damages during the setup.

9. Limited number of equipment rental for stool & tables:
• PVC Round Stool w/o Back Rest @S$1.07 (S$1.00 before GST) each.
• 3ft Square Table w Batik/Ivory Overlay @S$10.70 (S$10.00 before GST) each.

10. Service Enhancement:
• Uniformed Service Staff (Service duration for 4 hours only) @S$85.60 (S$80.00 before GST) per staff.
** Extra service hour/staff @S$21.40 (S$20.00 before GST) per hour.
11. In event of cancellation, charges will be imposed as follow:
• 2 days prior to event – 30%
• 1 day prior to event – 50%
• On the actual event date – 100%

12. Management reserves the rights to replace any dishes should it become unavailable at the time of the event
