MENU AVAILABILITY
• CNY 1st to 3rd Day Mini Buffet Menu is available for function dates on 17th - 19th Feb 2026.
• CNY menu is compulsory 13th Feb - 3rd Mar 2026.

ORDERING
• Orders of CNY menus must be placed at least 1 week in advance.
• Order confirmation is based on first confirm first basis. Slots are limited. 

FOOD & MENU
• Food is served in microwaveable containers and delivered in an insulator bag to keep your meal warm.
• Disposable biodegradable plates and cutleries will be provided.
• Food is best consumed within 2 hours.
• Listed menu items are subject to availability and may change due to seasonal fluctuations and unforeseen circumstances.
• Heatbox-to-Go will be provided

PAYMENT
• Prices are subject to 9% GST.
• Preferred modes of payment: Bank Transfer | PayNow | Credit Card Payment.
• For any changes or add on to your catering orders, please avoid using Credit Payment. 

DELIVERY
• Delivery time is 30 minutes before specified food delivery time.
• This may vary by 30 minutes to 1 hours due to traffic conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
• No delivery to Sentosa, Jurong Island and all other offshore venues.

DELIVERY FEES
• CNY 1st to 3rd Day (17th - 19th Feb): $50

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY SURCHARGES 
• Central Business District (CBD) and Orchard Area surcharge is applicable for deliveries to specific zones. A fee of $10.00 (plus GST, totaling $10.90) will be added to orders with postal codes beginning in the following digits: 01, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 22, and 23.
• We will not be responsible for any damages during the setup.

• 9 am - 10 am;

SELF-COLLECTION
• Delivery fees are waived for self-collection.
• Payment to be made in advance before self-collection.
• Latest Self-Collection time by 5:30 pm.

CANCELLATION
• In the event of cancellation, the following charges are applicable:
3 day(s) before function date - 50% of total order
1 day before function date - 100% of total order
