Santa's Grand Feast

ORDERING 
• Order to be placed 3 - 5 working days in advance, subject to availability.

COMPLIMENTARY
• Buffet tables w choice of skirting, food warmers with disposable buffet cover, full set of biodegradable disposable wares, serviettes & trash bags.
• Disposable wares are provided with 30% extra.
• In accordance with SFA food-safety guidelines, leftover catered food should not be packed for consumption after the stipulated “Consume By” time. As such, takeaway packaging for leftover buffet food will not be provided.
• The complimentary Traditional Christmas Fruit Cake (8-inch) is applicable only to Christmas Buffet orders confirmed on or before 30 November 2026.

MENU AVAILABILITY
• Christmas Buffet is available from 17 Nov to 31 Dec.
• Christmas menu is compulsory from 21 Dec to 25 Dec.

MENU 
• Listed menu items are subject to availability.
• Food buffer are provided with 10% extra only.
• In the event of item unavailability, it will be substituted with a similar item of equal or higher value without prior notice.

DELIVERY CHARGES
• S$90.00 before GST for delivery
• Delivery fee will be waived for food order above $2,000.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY SURCHARGES
• Central Business District (CBD) and Orchard Area surcharge is applicable for deliveries to specific zones. A fee of $10.00 (plus GST, totaling $10.90) will be added to orders with postal codes beginning in the following digits: 01, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 22, and 23.
• S$50.00 before GST for delivery to Jurong Island & Tuas.
• No delivery to Jurong Island, Sentosa Island, Tuas & Airline Road. From 21 - 25 Dec
• We will not be responsible for any damages during the setup.

For deliveries to venues without direct lift access, we have the following charges in place:
• If you kindly notify us before the event date, the surcharge is $70 per level.
• However, if you notify us on the event date, the surcharge will be $100 per level.
• For level 3 and above, delivery is subject to availability.

DELIVERY
 • Delivery is 1 hour before the consuming time.
 • This may vary by 30 minutes due to traffic conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
 • All catering setup will be collected 2 hours after Food Ready Time. Maximum of 30 minutes allowance for extension.

SERVICE ENHANCEMENT
•  Uniformed Service Staff @S$100.00 before GST per person
(Service duration for 4 hours only)
•  Additional Service Hours / Staff: S$25.00 per hour, before GST

DINING ENHANCEMENT
•⁠  ⁠Porcelain Ware w Stainless Steel Cutleries @S$3.50 before GST per set
•⁠  ⁠Dessert Bowl w Spoon @S$1.50 before GST per set
•⁠  ⁠Dessert Plate w Fork @S$1.00 before GST per set
•⁠  ⁠Soup Bowl w Spoon @S$1.50 before GST per set
•⁠  ⁠Coffee Cup & Saucer w Tea Spoon @S$1.00 before GST per set
•⁠  ⁠Glass Ware @S$1.00 before GST per pc
•⁠  ⁠Napkin @S$2.00 before GST per pc
•⁠  ⁠Porcelain/Melamine wares are provided with 10% extra.
•⁠  ⁠Service Staff will be required for any Dining Enhancement requested

PAYMENT
• Prices are subject to 9% GST.
• Accepted modes of payment: Cheque | Bank Transfer | PayNow | Credit Card.

CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation, the following charges are applicable:
• 3 day(s) before function date - 50% of total order
• 1 day of function date - 100% of total order
• For credit card payments, an administrative charge of 2.3% of total bill will be applicable for cancellation of orders after payment has been made.
